Counseling services are an alternative form of psychotherapy that focuses on the whole person (mind, body, and spirit) and health. The goal is growth of the whole person. I have years of experience working with individuals and families on issues related to self-esteem, depression, anxiety, life management, relationships and behavioral problems in children and adolescents.

Effective school consulting requires the ability to use historical school or student data with ongoing assessment to identify prescriptive solutions for improving the learning outcomes for students and the professional growth needs of staff and administration.
